Shipping policy

• All orders to Stellenbosch will be couriered for an additional R60 to the nearest Pudo locker. This rate is fixed, regardless of the size or weight of your order.

• If you prefer home delivery, shipping costs will depend on the weight and dimensions of your order. In most cases, this ranges between R100–R150.

• Full payment is required before any order can be dispatched.

• To place an order, please send us the quantity and type of products you wish to purchase.

• An invoice, along with our bank details, will then be sent to you via WhatsApp.

• Once payment is received, your order will be processed at our warehouse for packing and shipping.

• For safety reasons, customers are not permitted to collect orders directly from the warehouse.
